Food was good but the young man in the front is so rude and dismisive..no thank you, hi nothing then when you ask him something he looks at you like your dumb. Makes me not want to come back, i pay for my food and should atleast be acknowledged when i ask something that i paid for. Also the way he packaged food was horrible, he didint even close the dumpling container and then put all the fried rice on top of a chilli sauce that busted all over food and on my car seats.🤦🏻‍♀️

I stopped by to pick up an order, and the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The younger gentleman working behind the counter had a very poor attitude. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him simply by coming in to pick up food that I had already ordered. Customer service goes a long way, and his behavior was extremely off-putting. What made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant itself. The place was filthy. The dining area looked more like a storage room than a restaurant, with items stacked in areas where customers are supposed to sit. The counters, floors, and overall appearance gave the impression that cleanliness is not a priority. When the customer-facing areas look that neglected, it naturally makes you wonder what the kitchen and food preparation areas look like. First impressions matter, and this one was not good. Between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness, this restaurant completely failed to meet even basic expectations. Customer service goes a long way, and this place — F-A-I-L-E-D. Unfortunately, I would not recommend eating here.

One worst experiences of my life. Beef was so off to the point is was rancid or possible cat/dog? I rarely do this but was so bad I brought it back to owner and asked her to try it and she literally smelled it and refused to eat it. To make matters worse she was incredibly rude and ignorant to me and I wasn't even making a scene. I just asked for my money back and didn't want try anything else due to the fact I was scared for my health at this point. Many other, more likely ALL other Chinese places much better save yourself.

I ordered 3 lunch specials here. I came to pick them up, and the young guy at the counter had the personality of an annoyed kid who was home from college and didn't want to be having to work in his parents' restaurant. He seemed VERY 'put out' by just collecting my money! But THAT isn't even the reason for my review... I would have just blown that off... The reason for my review is that I ordered chicken lo mein, and there was NO CHICKEN in it! None! But what WAS in it were - as my photos show - just a bunch of chicken SKINS!! Disgusting. So I'm guessing that I was being served the BYPRODUCT of something else on the menu and not what I paid for! WHO does that?? I don't normally post smack about anybody's business, but THAT was beyond the pale! And to boot, the other 2 people in the order didn't like their food, either. SMH...

Update: Hate to do this because they are so nice. But the owners are gone, the cooks are the same BUT they are definately using cheaper ingredients because it's just not the same anymore. Old: My go to for years. Good food and super friendly service. The chicken teriyaki sticks are always yummy, crab rangoon, kung pao is so good but needs to be spicier and sweet & sour chicken is always great. There is just too much to list that is good here.
